Returns Policy

At DR's Greenova, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please carefully read our return policy before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for the following products:

* Microgreens Trays
* Grow Bags

Customers can request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of certain products, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

* Fresh Microgreens
* Seeds
* Growing Media
* Live Plants
* Customized or Personalized Orders

3. Product Condition for Returns

All returned products must be:

* Unused
* In original condition
* Returned with original packaging intact

Products damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for return or refund.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping charges.

Please pack products securely to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service for self-shipped returns.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be initiated within 7 business days.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
